This covers mechanical fabrication, electrical assembly, die preparation, in-house production testing and final packing before dispatch. How does Jinxin test a custom extrusion line before shipment?

Jinxin runs the line against the agreed product requirements or customer material when needed. The test checks whether the die core and sleeve can produce the required dimensions under real extrusion conditions. If adjustment is needed, the tooling can be modified in-house before shipment. Once the product runs stably, Jinxin records practical startup references for first-run production.

Do you provide overseas installation and operator training?

Yes. Jinxin provides remote commissioning guidance with documented startup references from factory testing. If your local team needs hands-on support, onsite installation and operator training can be quoted as a paid service with a clear scope in the quotation.

What is included in delivery and packing?

Delivery normally includes the configured extrusion line, agreed auxiliary equipment, die tooling, electrical cabinet, documentation, production test records and startup references. Most equipment is packed in heavy-duty fumigation-free wooden cases with anti-rust and moisture protection. Long stainless steel cooling tanks are protected separately when wooden crating is not practical.

What should we send before requesting a quotation?

Send your target product, material, size range, quality requirement, expected capacity range, factory voltage and any product drawing or sample requirements. For modified or sensitive materials such as TPE, Jinxin may recommend sending sample material before the production test so the line can be checked closer to real factory use.
