Extrusion Line Installation and Commissioning — How It Works

Your extrusion line is FAT-tested and verified before it leaves our factory. When it arrives at yours, here is exactly what happens — from unloading to stable production.

Factory Acceptance Test — the real start of commissioning

Every extrusion line installation and commissioning process starts before the machine leaves Jinxin. We configure the line to your voltage, material and product spec, then run a full-load test until output meets the agreed dimensions.

01

In-House Mold Integration

We build the mold in-house to match the extruder. The die head and machine are tested as a unified system, not assembled from separate suppliers for the first time at your factory.

02

Multi-Day Tuning Process

FAT is not a quick pass/fail check. We adjust the mold, calibrate temperatures, and refine process parameters over multiple days until the product meets agreed specifications.

03

Digital FAT

Most clients verify performance remotely. We provide a full video report of the line running at production speed, plus the complete parameter sheet.

Option 1

Remote Start-up Support

Ideal for factories with maintenance experience or tight project timelines. If your team has basic mechanical and electrical experience, you do not need to wait for an overseas engineer. We provide the data and hardware design to let you install and start production independently.

1 FAT Video: Your Visual Baseline

We record the machine running with your material before shipment, so your team can compare the first production run with a verified reference.

2 Preset Parameter Sheet

You receive the temperatures, speeds and pressure references recorded during FAT, giving your operators a practical starting point.

3 Simplified Hardware Logic

Main electrical connections use quick-connect aviation plugs where practical. Wires and pipes are labeled to match the layout drawings.

Option 2

On-Site Installation: We Commission at Your Factory

For new factories, complex large-scale lines or teams needing intensive coaching, Jinxin can arrange engineer support at your factory.

FAQ

Extrusion Line Installation and Commissioning Support

Q1

What if I use the remote start-up method but still need help?

Contact us with a video of the issue. Our engineers analyze the footage and guide your team through adjustments by video call. Material differences sometimes require parameter fine-tuning, which is normal during startup.

Q2

What should I prepare before the machine arrives?

Prepare power, water and compressed air at the installation site. Also prepare sufficient raw material, especially if your material differs from what was used during FAT.

Q3

Does on-site installation include operator training?

Yes. On the final day, your operators run the line under our engineer's supervision. We recommend preparing a question list before the engineer arrives.
